What we collect

Information you submit through our enquiry, newsletter and job application forms: name, email address, company, phone number, budget range and the message you write.

Basic technical information generated when you browse, such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to send the newsletter you asked for, to assess job applications and to improve the site. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained while a commercial relationship is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. Job applications are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@scorpsoftsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.

If you have a client portal account, you can delete it yourself at any time from the Delete your account section of the portal. That removes your sign-in identity and saved details and redacts your portal messages. Enquiry, booking and job-application records are separate business records: email info@scorpsoftsolutions.com and we will erase those on request.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled managed database. Access is limited to team members who need it to do their job. No online service can guarantee absolute security; we will notify affected people promptly if a breach materially affects them.
