Working together
How do engagements start?
With a 45-minute call and access to whatever data you already have. We come back with a written diagnosis and a scoped plan before anyone signs anything.
What is the minimum commitment?
Retainers run on three-month initial terms, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Project work is scoped and fixed-fee.
Who actually does the work?
The pod that pitched you. Every pod is a strategist, a channel specialist, a designer and an engineer with a minimum of six years each. We do not staff accounts with juniors.
Do you work with our in-house team?
Frequently. We can run a channel end to end, or sit alongside your team as the senior layer that plans, builds and measures.
Pricing and contracts
What does it cost?
Retainers typically start in the mid four figures per month and scale with scope. Build projects are quoted after discovery. Indicative ranges are on the pricing page.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. Percentage-of-spend pricing rewards us for spending more of your money. We charge for the work.
Who owns the accounts and the code?
You do. Ad accounts, analytics properties, repositories and infrastructure stay in your name from day one and transfer cleanly if we part ways.
Measurement and reporting
How do you report results?
One live dashboard plus a monthly written read covering what moved, what we learned and what changes next. No 40-slide decks of platform screenshots.
How long before we see results?
Paid media typically shows signal in four to six weeks. SEO and content compound over six to twelve months. AI and automation work shows up in operational metrics within the first month of deployment.
Applied AI
Is our data used to train models?
No. Agents are grounded on your content through retrieval. Your data is not used for model training.
What happens when an agent does not know an answer?
It hands off. Every agent we deploy has an explicit escalation path to a human, with the transcript attached.
